When you call us to your home to fix a problem, we’ll arrive ready for most electrical problem or situation. Our trucks are stocked with thousands of dollars in tools and parts and our highly experienced electrical staff has completed years of diagnostic and repair training. The diag-nostic fee is a flat fee regardless of how long it takes to identify your problem. When your technician has located the problem, he will explain what it is and what options are available to you. Most small repairs are included in the Evaluation & Diagnostic Fee. If, however, your particular situation requires a more involved repair, your technician will explain the situation and give you a price before we start.
